UMS – Universal Mild Solvent Inks
The Universal Mild Solvent inks – UMS – are Mutoh’s 4th generation of mild solvent inks, specifically formulated for Mutoh’s roll-to-roll sign & display wide format printer portfolio. Free from hazardous air pollutants, the inks help creating a safer operator environment. Mutoh UMS inks are a perfect choice for long term outdoor and indoor commercial graphics.
Mutoh UV Ink
Mutoh’s CMYK LED UV inks have been specifically developed for Mutoh’s specialty / industrial UV printers. Both flex and rigid inks are available. The inks are also available in white and varnish colours. The white ink will produce excellent results onto coloured or transparent media.
Mutoh Eco-Ultra Ink
Mutoh Eco Ultra inks are Mutoh’s most popular inks for outdoor sign applications on a wide range of uncoated and coated substrates. The inks are based on non-aggressive solvents and do not spread any harmful VOCs in the working environment.
DH11 Dye Sublimation Ink
Mutoh Dye Sublimation Inks are 100 % VOC free and do not contain any hazardous components. These water-based inks have excellent nozzle stability for high speed and high volume printing. They offer a large colour gamut for rich and vibrant colours and deliver top scores in light fastness, wash fastness, rubbing and perspiration
MP31 Multi-Purpose Inks
Suited for both rigid and roll media, the CMYK + White resin-based MP31 ink set comes in 500 ml packs. MP stands for “Multi-Purpose”, which refers to the unique capabilities of the inks and their extreme versatility. The inks allow direct printing on white, transparent and coloured roll & rigid substrates. Mutoh’s MP31 series inks have a UV durability up to 2 years outdoor without lamination.
Mutoh Mild Solvent Ultra Inks
MS Ultra inks are Mutoh’s third generation of mild solvent inks, offering the highest level of image quality and printer reliability yet.MS Ultra inks have superb stability, ensuring uninterrupted printing for extended periods and low maintenance requirements, with no need for daily cleaning or daily printing. The 18-month shelf life is an additional benefit.
Mutoh + 3M Universal Mild Solvent Inks
Mutoh + 3M Mutoh Universal Mild Solvent (UMS) CMYK inks are available in special litre pouches for uninterrupted ink supply, providing the functionality of an ink cassette, but with the advantages of a bulk ink system. Mutoh + 3M UMS inks combine the key benefits of resin-based,eco solvent and mild solvent ink chemistries. They offer an unrivalled colour gamut and a unique gloss preservation.
Disperse Dye Sublimation & Direct Disperse Inks
Mutoh Disperse Dye Sublimation & Direct Disperse Inks are 100 % VOC free and do not contain any hazardous components. These water-based inks have excellent nozzle stability for high speed and high volume printing. Mutoh dye sublimation inks deliver perfect transfer to different materials (textiles and rigids). The direct disperse inks are suited for direct printing onto polyester fabrics.
Mutoh Dye & Pigmented
Mutoh Dye & Pigmented CMYK water-based VOC free inks offer a wide colour gamut, superior line output and sharp edges, ideal for high quality poster printing. Whereas the Mutoh dye based inks are suited for interior prints, Mutoh pigmented inks are ideal for long-term indoor graphics as well as for short term outdoor applications.
DS2 Universal sublimation inks
Mutoh’s water-based CMYK DS2 Universal sublimation inks for transfer and direct printing are 100 % VOC free and do not require any risk labelling. Developed specifically for the latest print heads, the inks offer excellent nozzle stability for high speed and high volume printing and will produce perfect image sharpness and definition. Transfer is possible onto polyester fabrics, mixed fibre fabrics (min. 80 % polyester) or onto polyester coated objects.
Mutoh DS1 series disperse dye sublimation inks
Mutoh DS1 series disperse dye sublimation inks have been developed for printing on transfer paper & transfer to polyester fabrics & mixed fibre fabrics (minimum 80 % polyester) or to coated polyester objects. Mutoh’s dye sub inks are 100 % VOC free and do not contain any hazardous components. They offer excellent nozzle stability for high speed and high volume printing and a UV outdoor durability between 3 and 6 months.
Mutoh MSINK 3A ink
The MUTOH MSINK 3A ink is the most popular ink for outdoor sign applications on a wide range of uncoated and coated substrates.The MSINK 3A ink is MUTOH’s third generation of eco inks featuring improved ink fixation, better drying, higher print speeds and improved scratch resistance. Prints made with MUTOH MSINK 3A ink is UV and water resistant for up to three years outdoors.
